The Federation of Small Businesses will be introduced to Aberdeen firms later this month, in the third of a series of Business Booster events designed to help companies realise their full potential.
Led by Aberdeen City Council, the next fully-funded Business Boosters event takes place in Marischal College on 19 November from 6.30pm to 8pm.
This event introduces Federation of Small Businesses, which has over 200,000 members in the UK and is the voice of small business.
Catherine Ward, development manager for the Federation, will give an overview of the FSB and cover how it operates and the benefits it gives to members.
With about 19,000 members in Scotland, the FSB is Scotland’s largest direct-membership business organisation. It campaigns for a better social, political and economic environment in which to work and do business.
The Business Booster seminars cover a diverse range of topics, including: the effective use of PR; branding; business finance; staff development; and effective recruitment.
Each fully-funded seminar and networking event will delivered by local experts and will take place in Marischal College.
