Second Glasgow store for Ryman Stationers

High Street stationers, Ryman Ltd, has taken space at 42 Sauchiehall Street on a ten year lease, paying a rental of £110,000 per annum.

The unit, comprising 2,459 sq ft across two levels, occupies a prominent position on one of Glasgow’s busiest shopping streets.

Neighbouring occupiers including Warren James, Bank of Scotland, Bella Italia, Halifax, Starbucks and Pret A Manger. Buchanan Street, Buchanan Galleries and prime retail and residential development Buchanan Quarter are also in close proximity.

With over 120 years of trading experience, Ryman has 220 outlets across the UK. It has two existing stores in Glasgow, on Union Street in the city centre and on Byres Road in the west end. Other Scottish stores can be found in East Kilbride, Edinburgh, Livingston, Falkirk, Glenrothes and Dumfries.
