Leanne joined Cammach Recruitment in June 2008 as its first employee in the role of Recruitment Consultant.
She quickly progressed to Recruitment Manager where she lead the business in growing from a staff of 2 to 10 within 5 years.
Leanne was rewarded for this success, being named Recruitment Director after only 6 years with the business. Under Leanne’s management, Cammach Recruitment’s turnover grew 73% in less than 4 years, managing a team servicing work around the world.
Whilst the overall Oil and Gas market went into a downturn in late 2014, Leanne has been instrumental in securing new contracts in this period giving Cammach Recruitment a strong platform to continue to build on in the years ahead.
A really key part in all of her and Cammach Recruitments success has been the commitment to quality of service for clients, regularly receiving fantastic feedback and clients referring business to Leanne and Cammach Recruitment.
In 2010 a client in Holland required an entire project team to mobilise in 48 hours. They came to Cammach Recruitment knowing that the work would be serviced efficiently, effectively and the team would be well managed by Leanne. This was successfully executed leading to further contracts with that client.
Throughout Leannes time, she has been the focal point in the building up of a Contracts, Cost and Planning desk servicing Oil and Gas clients. Leannes thorough knowledge of this area and discipline has allowed her to consult with the businesses of all sizes in industry leading to significant appointments into key strategic positions. Furthermore, she has successfully advised clients on cost efficient measures to do with their recruitment, saving them significant money both in downturn and buoyant markets.
Whilst the market has been challenging for Cammach Recruitment, the business is well placed to emerge stronger than before. Immediately, Leanne will be key in growing turnover further past the £10million mark which would create new roles within the business.
Leanne will be a key focal point in continually developing the existing team to ensure their professional goals are met.
