Perthshire-based Victus Consultancy has announced a partnership with the newly formed The Hotel Management Company based in London.
Andrew Scott of Victus will take charge of food and beverage in a team of carefully selected industry specialists.
Andrew Scott founded Victus Consultancy after a long career in the international hospitality industry. Scott also runs a number of successful catering businesses, giving him the unusually hands-on approach valued by clients.
Andrew said: “I’m delighted to take up this position alongside such a host of high calibre industry figures. I’m particularly looking forward to heading up food and beverage consultancy, which is the area I started my career in hospitality.”
The Hotel Management Company was started in 2016 under the guidance of board members including some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry, including Jeremy Logie OBE, Roddy Watt, Alan Murray, Jill Chalmers, Peter Lederer CBE and Charles Prew. The company offers boutique, full service asset management and advisory services, providing clients with direction on business strategy and development, operations and asset management.
