With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) now in place, it is important to stay abreast of the regulation, with this in mind the organisers of the conference have secured a high profile speaker who will talk about the impact of Brexit and GDPR to the UK.
Deputy Chief Executive PIMFA, is a former UK Ambassador to Russia, and regularly advises UK business leaders on the impact of Brexit.
He will give the keynote address in Aberdeen on the 28th June at the GDPR Conference and also take part in the Q&A Panel session allowing business leaders the opportunity to understand how Brexit and GDPR will impact on business.
Prior to joining PIMFA, John was Head of CFA Institute Centre for Financial Market Integrity in EMEA which followed over 12 years running international regulatory policy for the UK Government, the Securities and Investments Board, and the Financial Services Authority.
