Safety Scotland strengthens senior management team with director appointment

Aberdeen based health and safety consultancy Safety Scotland has appointed long standing employee Michelle Forth as director and shareholder.

Co-owner and Director, Kevin Main comments, “Both myself and Ron knew within months of Michelle joining the team back in 2011 that she was a fundamental part of the business. Seven years in, and her commitment and focus has not wavered.

Michelle’s passion for the industry is evident in the work she does outwith her role at Safety Scotland. We’re delighted that Michelle has accepted our offer to not only join us on the senior management team but become a shareholder too.”

Securing her first promotion within 6 months at Safety Scotland, Michelle has moved from CDM coordinator to senior management within 7 years at the company. During this time Michelle has assisted in the daily management of the business, building strong client relationships and conducting safety training courses.

Michelle comments, “There are some big changes happening at Safety Scotland. I’m excited to take on new challenges within my new role however it will be business as normal for my clients. I’ll continue to work alongside the team, servicing clients and carrying out my day to day role, whilst continuing to grow the business both in Aberdeen and throughout Scotland.”
