Glasgow-based Pursuit Marketing is implementing growth plans and creating jobs after receiving a significant funding package from Scottish Enterprise's Regional Selective Assistance fund.
The firm has secured £450,000 to continue expanding the business across the city. The funding deal comes after a series of exciting commercial wins and increasing demand from technology clients worldwide.
It is now actively recruiting to fill more than 40 new positions at its headquarters in Finnieston.
The lead-generation agency, previously recognised as Scotland’s Best Employer and Glasgow’s Best Workplace, is seeking telemarketing consultants to deliver UK campaigns as well as bilingual and native speakers fluent in a range of languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian and key Nordic territories.
The firm is also seeking candidates for senior positions in HR, Digital Marketing and Account Management.
The recruitment drive will enable the firm to service a growing international client roster, as well as activate overseas expansion. With a second office in Spain set to open this year, the new multi-lingual recruits for both telemarketing and digital marketing roles will also be tasked with developing the company’s international client portfolio and creating collateral suitable for local markets.
Patrick Byrne, CEO at Pursuit Marketing, said:
“This is an incredibly exciting time for our business – we are going through our fastest period of growth to date. The funding package will ensure we capitalise on our market leading position and continue to grow from strength-to strength. Our new employees will help us to retain momentum and allow us to continue offering unparalleled demand generation service within the technology sector.”
Successful applicants will receive competitive, award-winning remuneration packages which includes a specific allowance for personal development, and will benefit from Pursuit Marketing’s unique culture.
