Graham + Sibbald, the independent Scottish chartered surveyor and property specialist, has hired Suzanne Lawrie from DM Hall (where she headed up the business sales function) to expand the firm’s offering into the wider Business Sales market.
Lawrie, who brings over two decades of experience in selling businesses across Scotland, will work alongside the firm’s market-leading Hotel and Leisure team which includes Pete Seymour, John Docherty and Brogan Grier.
Based in Edinburgh but splitting her time between Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh and Glasgow offices, Lawrie is also tasked with helping to build the firm’s offering in the East of Scotland.

Graham + Sibbald is on track for a record year in 2018, boosted by ongoing activity relating to the new business rates system in Scotland. The firm has made a number of senior lateral hires in the year to date and relocated its Edinburgh office to 40 Torphichen Street in March, one of the city’s modern office developments in the regenerated Haymarket area of the capital. In 2017, the firm made similar move into a new city centre premises in Glasgow.
Graham + Sibbald has over 200 employees and 20 partners working across its 15 UK offices in Scotland and London.
